About us

Welcome to WellBeing Retreats

Your sanctuary for holistic wellbeing.

Hello, lovely to meet you! I’m Claire, and I truly believe that my Dharma—my purpose—is to share wisdom that combines ancient traditions with modern practices, guiding you through transformative experiences that nurture your body, mind, and spirit, so you can live a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and true to yourself.

I’m deeply committed to a holistic approach to wellbeing, one that honours the interconnectedness of all parts of ourselves—light and shadow alike. My mission is to guide you in embracing every facet of yourself, fostering lasting harmony and a profound sense of wholeness.

Throughout my own journey, I set out to combine simple yet effective tools rooted in ancient wisdom and traditions with modern insights from science and psychology, creating a well-being framework that is practical, deeply transformative, impactful, and lasting. To bring this approach to life, I collaborate with a diverse, skilled, and talented group of teachers, coaches, and wellness experts, all of whom share a deep commitment to supporting holistic transformation.

All the WellBeing Retreats combine traditional practices like Yoga, and Ayurveda, with modern approaches such as Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Coaching. We guide you in reconnecting with your true self and the natural rhythms of life, helping to cultivate self-awareness, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. Through mindful practices and intentional self-care, we offer the tools you need to thrive and sustain your wellbeing in all aspects of life.
